1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your viewing and use of the BAA Video Library (the "Website") which is owned and operated by BAALimited ("BAA").
1.2 These Terms only apply to your usage of this site.
1.3 TMB Marketing and Communications ("TMB") is licensed to manage the BAA Video Library on behalf of BAA Limited.
1.4 BAA reserves the right to distribute or discontinue footage at any time in its sole discretion.
2. Grants of Right and Restrictions
2.1 Use of the Licensed Material is strictly limited to the use, period of time, territory and any other restrictions specified in the order confirmation.
2.2 Licensee may not sell, license or distribute any derivative work containing the Licensed Material in a way that would allow a third party to download, extract or access the Licensed Materials as a stand alone file.
2.3 The Licensed Material may not be used in a defamatory or otherwise illegal manner, whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with other materials.
3. Copyright
3.1 Copyright of all video on this website belongs to BAA.
3.2 Design and content copyright of the BAA Video Library is owned by BAA. All rights reserved.
4. Use of Video
4.1 Low-resolution previews can be viewed directly from this site for qualification purposes.
4.2 Full footage can be requested via TMB.
4.3 All requests for Video should be directed to http://videolibrary.baa.com. External companies can then discuss their requirements directly with TMB. There is a charge for external companies to use the BAA copyrighted Video.
5. Charges
5.1 BAA staff can order video footage free of charge for internal use.
5.2 There are charges for the following:
- Agencies or Partners
- External companies
5.3 Although there is no charge for footage for BAA staff, they are required to complete all fields detailing name, department and location.
6. Branding
6.1 External company branding does appear within Video on this website, it is often unavoidable when shooting footage around BAA's airports. When using footage that is heavily branded or concentrates on one brand in particular, please use the imagery in a way that is not detrimental to their brand.
